The total outer size of this grille is calculated as the listed width plus 1.75 inches and the listed height plus 1.75 inches.
Width vs. Height
Grille sizes are defined by two numbers: the first represents the width, and the second represents the height. For example, if your hole measures 20″ wide by 14″ tall, order a 20×14 grille. If your hole is 14″ wide by 20″ tall, order a 14×20 grille.
